New Chapter

I have never been this tired. Weekend was fully packed.

Alhamdullilah we have sign all the required papers for our LuLu.

Mr S was grinning the whole paper signing process.

My head, mind and brains are embossed with money sign.

I'm a little overwhelmed, mana baby nak kelur mana rumah nak masuk.

and we bought more books for the Baby.

 Mr S keep reading the same book over and over again to the tummy. I'm sure baby is bored.

The 3 'S' birthday bash was a success, pregnant me was shouting away while executing the games for the kids to play. Longy help putting up all the decorations. Food was magnificent, I had my bbq chickens and otak otak and ikan pari and other glorious food. No pictures taken. Damn!!!

I purchased some cloths to jahit some baby stuffs. Datin have keluarkan her sewing machine and her jahit tepi machine, so selagi momentum ader, layan kan ajer.

Mr S will have to attend 2 weeks reservist for 2 weeks. So as the dutiful wife I follow him to get all the required  reservist stuffs. Mummy gonna miss u babe!!!!

and finally we bought all the baby necessities and all the basic essential. I think I'm addicted to Minyak Telon. (hehehe.... I even sapu some on my tummy... feels good u noe...)

At 32 weeks, the mask of pregnancy have appeared at the pits, neck and face. So demoralising, atok and Datin ensure that its normal. Mr S mcm biasa, same respond 'Samer jer yang muka you, takder mask mask hitam pun' Potek agaknya dia. Sajer nak jaga hati. Pandai.

Oh oh, I had my 8 months scanned last Thursday. Baby head is still below my diaphragm. The sonographer show us the baby's face. And so, we share the same chubby cheeks huh baby. And you even smile when daddy talk to you. That moment was truly precious. My love for you was developed a thousand fold.

Doctor advised to keep talking to baby and persuade baby to engage. If by the next check up baby still 'degil' den I have no choice but to select a date for the c-section.

Baby precious, listen to Mummy ok, be good and get engaged by November ok sayang. Mummy don't want the doctor to cut open Mummy's tummy. Try your best to turn, but if ur tooooo bam bam and cannot turn, Mummy will still love you. Ur my everything now, just get out safely. Till I meet u again on 20 October 2011 my sweetheart. Stay safe in there. ily.

Alhamdullilah, I feel bless.

Pregnancy have been a breeze. I can still berkinja, did my inspections, work long hours at work, attended night meeting and I have submitted my maternity leave. Yahhhooooo!!!!!

Parc LuLu is coming soon *dance around* We have been asked to sign the transfer forms.

Letter of offer was signed a month ago. Probably early next year, we will have our love nest.

And for Baby's room, I so love to display books just like in the pictures. I purchase lots of story books during the library book sales and borders books sale many months back.

Mar was given the scrap book recently by her maid of honour, Fad. Remember her bacholarette/bacholor Party-Pesta Kawin Kawin, Fad had combine all those who were presents and all their well wishes, complete dengan gambar lagi and compile it into a scrap book.

Prior a week before her wedding, we planned for 'kita kita jer' lunch at Straits Kitchen, karaoke and our usual lepak corner at coffee bean. All of the wedding preparation was well documented and combined into a scrap book.

Another idea to give to the raja sehari.

Bukan kau sorang lah Jah

I had a hard time adjusting for the first 2 months of my marriage life and so It really soothe me and make me feel better when my mar said,

'Bukan kau sorang lah jah, aku time baru baru, time nak cuci baju, air mata meleleh, nak angkat baju air mata meleleh, time gosok baju pun air mata meleleh, time tukar cadar pun macam nak menangis, bila leo nak keluar sebab nak fetch mak dia balik dari kerja, itu pun aku nangis, aku rindu mak aku pulak, kesian tak ada orang amik dia'

Member have to adjust living with mak mentua in the west while all her life she been living it loud in the east. Pandai pandai lah adjust yer.

It cracks me up when she told me her mother-in-law wrote this on her own facebook wall,

'My daughter in law is going to work and she's looking pretty today'

Hahaha, nasib dapat mak mentua yg happening, kalau dapat mak mentua mcm 'Ibu Mertuaku' habis stock airmata.

So in short, pengantins to be, prepare yourself emotionally and physically on the changes that you will need to adapt. Walau apa pun kita yang muda kena mengalah and cuba amik hati orang orang yg lebih senior.

I felt blessed for having such a  wonderful mother in law. Hopefully it stays that way. Insyallah.

My Sugar

Mak datok, its been ages.

Last week was Love ur frens week. Monday was appreciation dinner with the bride's maids. Susah payah members gotong royong on the week of the big day, spent time to buy baju sepasang, spent money to tailor baju. They stayed the whole day on Friday and Saturday and Sunday. They are truly my sugar rush.

Wednesday was my blast from the past team. I love these girls to death. We're so close and these girls are my backbone back then. The husband was in the same class as Nezah and Mar so in order to tackle me Mr S tried to be nice to these girls to get closer to me, and the rest is history.

And Saturday I was supposed to meet  fai, tapi due to auditing period, kita kena cancel, nanti kita plan ah you. I love you babe, I really do.

So in short, it doest mean that your social life is totally dead once ur married. Your circle of frens are crucial for your well beign. Cume kena pandai atur time management ajer.

Jangan lah dah kawin nak berkepit ajer, berkepit tu mesti lah but do allow some allowance here and there, baru ader sugar and spice. ;p

Nak jadi filem star pulak

Husband was suppose to be incharge of the poster  for my reception. Since the poster will then be hanged in our room in Simei. He will be in-charge in chooseing the pic, print and pass it to me so that I can 'borrow' it and use it during my reception.

Imagine my mengamukness, when member ngan selambernya cakap, 'Tak sempat lah yang, your side tak payah lah' ehehehe.... nasib mood gua time sebelum kawin tu cool ajer. Tak sempat eh?? Gi skate, 2, 3 hari berturut turut during the week nak nikah, sempat pulak.

On that Friday, a day before my nikah, ngan laptop gua angkut gi kedai printing. I edit the picture that I want, save it in a thumbrive den just pass to the 'ah beng' behind the counter. Gi makan sejab, in an hour, ah beng called 'Sis, all ready'

Bila balik jer rumah, mengamuk my aunty, 'Besok nak nikah!!! Merayap!!! Kan dah cakap, jangan keluar. Darah manis. Degil eh!!!' Anjat girl girl. hehehe.

But when the she saw the poster that I angkut, 'Wah, mcm filemm star, kau ker tu Jah?' Terus tak jadi marah.

Kita dah Halal

Ok sorry for the long hiatus, maklum ajer dah ader suami. Si suami ni kuat minum kopi. Mandang I nak blog jer dia bersuara, 'Yang mcm nak kopi' mandang ON laptop jer, 'Yang, hujan hujan ni kalau ader milo sedap.'
Nanti dah buat kan milo, or kopi nak continue blog dah lain pulak, terduduk dapur lah, terwatch tv lah. ader ajer.

So tonight he is on his night shift, so FREEDOM.

Nikah skali 2 post eh, you see lah, I think I was interrupted lah for the past 2 posts. The nikah was held at my home. Kadi by Ustaz Jezair Jumahat, cool ajer ustaz dia. My dad gave me away. We were officially legalised with 1 kali lafaz and 3 kali practise by the husband. (Kata si kadi, 3 kali lafaz tadi tu practice jer).

We snap snap pictures with family and relatives. After that was the berinai.

After berinai the whole cousin, both the dad and datin's side lari sejab gi amik gambar kat punggol, since it is near my house, I jerit and call all the cousins to assemble. I did not inform the bridal house, just bilang the mak andam I nak lari sejab take picture, but promise that I will take really good care of the baju. Lily did not join us for the photo shoot, kalau nak dia ikut, nak kena extend hours babe, more $$$$ keluar.

I suggest to all bride to be kalau ader time to spare after nikah lari sejab amik gambar with the family. We had fun posing and laughing away. It definitely bring the cousins closer. Seriously, but very vey kecoh.
