The Rock Star

The girls and my self had a blast during the pre wedding photoshoot on 03 December 2010 and so does the tuns's geng, they were as excited as us to start the shoot. One after another of his members join us to be photographers, mcm mana punya feeling lah. Kita tak suruh ,jorang yang nak. Rezeki jgn ditolak.

 At first I was pretty malu malu, but after dat, bukan main lagi, si tuns mandang whiper, 'Bukan main lagi eh you eh, mentel eh' Malu taruk tepi, bukan slalu make up make up pakai baju kembang kembang.

Despite the bad weather and the kena chase by police, the tak boleh park only for residents the sembunyi sembunyi amik gambar, feeling feeling kat hollywood, feeling feeling paparazzi, the hilang barang, the lupa barang, the macam nak terbalik bilik and rumah and as continued by payung in her album in facebook-

The morning rush hour, rants, drama, nasi goreng, kek choco batik, the complaining residents, the police patrol, the arrogant resident, the scorching sun, the smelly stable, the sesat Groom-to-be, the ZZZzzz monster, the heavy downpour, the salah jalan to PBM, the constant drizzle, the toilet tengah 'Cleaning In Progress', the onlookers, the crowds, the gawkers, the 'curi-curi' ambik gambar with flash and the pinggang sakit was well... worth it.

Another round perhaps??? Muahahaha  

kita tunggu Mai punya turn pulak.

Hehehe... here a tips for bride to be.

To hide a boncit tummy, or tummy yang berlapis lapis, here's a tip that we wish to share, place ur hand bouquet on ur lap, through out ur sitting at the pelamin and photo taking, dont pass it to the mak andam or bridesmaid. Pegang jer, insyallah perut yg berlapis tak nampak.... hehehe...

But make sure the steams of the bouquet not too long so tak terkena peut. Lay the flowers vertically on ur lap, not across the lap. And ni important bouquet dont make it too big, nanti makcik pot pet pikir lain.... dah tersalah tafsir pulak... mcm nak hide hide perut boncit ader benda, padahal perut boncit ader nasi briyani, ayam masak merah, beef briyani, sambal goreng pengantin, udang sambal, dalca, kuih kuih, bubur caca, cheng tng, air fruit punch, dah lain lain lagi.

Perasan tak the strategic location?

Kalau terperasan bouquet dah tak centre, adjust dulu, baru amik gambar.

Remind ur bridesmaid ker, kalau click rabak ngan cameraman ingat kan dia suruh tegur kalau bunga u terselak ke tepi... hehehe....

Nak carik Bunga

Some bridal house do not provide hand bouquet for the bride... apa ajer eh, dah bayar beribu ribu tak provide pulak. So u all sebelum sign up tanya dulu eh ader provide bunga ker tak?

Like Mar's the bridal house that she engaged *hint: I suka nah this bridal house sebab all the baju very cantik, tak provide hand bouquet. Dah members save gambar sana sini and forward to me kalau I can do it as close as possible to the sample she provide. siap ngan date ngan sample 1 and sample 2.

Mana punya champion lah dia ingat member dia ni.

 Am heading to far east flora later today, since her nikah will be on Friday nite and she will not be allowed to be out on Thursday and Friday, I'll need to recce some flowers for her approval first.

Baby Breath

To those who are keen to do their hand bouquet but gundu in flower arrangement. Baby breath makes the best option. Tak payah nak arrange, kaup jer semua, ikat ribbon. And it will turn out awesome. Just bind it with a kick ass ribbons with glitterati stuffs. When grouped in mass, these tiny flowers make an impressive ethereal statement.

With this ring, I'm his

I had always love big bulky accessories, so bila I choose a ring yang mcm batu besar ader duduk, the kind u can get it from forever 21, the tuns gave me a sekel at the ribs.

Soo Kee called the other day and said that the ring was ready for collection. We were delirious. The ring turns out better than I had expected.

We were advised by frens to survey for the perfect rings way back in our early engagement days, they even encouraged us to go in to shops and request for the product codes for any rings that made us go 'aaawwwww'

During the GSS season, we set a budget and went for our ring hunting. At first we were abit paisei to enter any jewellery shops, mcm dah besar besar gitu rasa masuk kedai emas.

Mandang, 'U masuk dulu lah' 'Ulah masuk dulu' or 'Which one? Tanya lah brapa?' 'U lah tanya, U kan boss' 'U lah tanya, kan ring U' Wah liow wei.

It was easy breezy time nak beli engagement ring,  I had set my mind on a particular design. I want it simple, no solitaire, no kerawang kerawang, no twist and turn, just a band with diomond paves, I had the lee hwa card and we use the 100 bucks voucher that was issued during my birthday month. I love the ring and the tuns love the price even more. Tetapi seribu kali sayang, belum sempat ring to menjejah 2 tahun, ia sudah menghigap di jari jemari siapa entah. Dun think at pajak gadai, white gold memang lah tak ada harga.

Ok continue with our ring hunting, ngan slipper and tshirt we enter one jewellery shop after another, malu taruk tepi dulu geng. The tuns was totally ON, member tak pernah beli ring, bukan main excited lagi, dapat minum air teh  free lagi, asal masuk jer air teh habis, asal masuk jer air teh habis. Sungguh tak malu.

On diamond rings we were advised on the GIA and the 4 cs, carat, clarity, cut and colour. I was in my own world when then the sales girl explained on the 4cs, Once she finished explaining, the tuns with his semangat face looked at me and asked, 'Paham yang?' I just nod my head furiously. Truthfully, satu benda haram pun I tak dengar apa si sales girl tu cakap, I was on my day dream mode, trying all the different rings that was laid in front of me.

I had my eyes on Bzero eternity silver wedding band with the pink stone, but the tuns was not keen, and said, 'Mcm kental jer pink stone, org kawin kena pakai diomond' Macam betol jer si dek ni berbual, mana punya diomond lah dia nak belikan I. And since Mar is also getting that ring, I let it go.....

And so he requested to choose the wedding ring. I let him choose the design and the setting. I was happy with his choice.

For his, I have always set my eyes on Bzero series since forever. And I was glad that the tuns love it.

So wedding rings dah settle, duit dalam bank pun dah berkurangan, mengeletis nak kawin pun dah datang, after collecting our rings we parade around orchard road with our new bling bling.

Kita nanti nak pakai gown lah... Steady ah....

So many things to do but so little time.. since i'm not taking the studio and outdoor shoot with Chinta, I have bought my own dress online. Trust me the dress cost me less compared to the rental ones, plus they add a lace bolero and a cathedral veil, veil yg panjang mengurai tu, abit rimas I tell u. I ordered the dress few months backs, and I've lost a few inches ard the hip, so now all I need to do is to alter a little of here and there.

I told the tuns, nanti dah kawin kalau I boring boring and kalau nak feeling feeling, I pakai lah baju ni balik time buat house work, time tgh sapu ker, time cuci kain ker, time nak sambut suami balik kerja ker.

The tuns answer really fume 

'Sedap I dengar, kalau u masih muat bagus lah yang, tapi kalau dah tak muat, jgn pulak u koyakkan kain tu nanti, jadikan kain lap lap u pulak' 

wah liow!!!!!! you see, mcm manalah tak slalu gaduh!!!!

Simple jer

Nora Danish, you pakai baju kurung simple ngan brooch and selendang jer for nikah dah lawa. 

I ader lah berangan nak pakai bunga la, bling bling lah, veil lah, itu pun belum tentu lawa.... sigh... 

some people are just bless. Itu pun ex laki dia nk kan si dektu. Tak paham betol.

Sanggul

The mak andam was shocked when I mentioned that I dont want to wear all the cucuk cucuk sanggul thingy, and she said, 'Tak boleh sayang, you kena pakai, baru naik seri' and the tuns jadi nasi tambah and added 'Bedal ajer lah yang, kalau mak andam you suruh cucuk, cucuk ajer'

Like I mentioned in previous post, I love to have flowers in the hair, a veil maybe, blings or head band or the kerawang kind at the side are also fine but definitely not a crown. I tak nak jadi the evil queen.

I love the last 2 pictures the most

Cantikkan, not so over, sweet ajer..... but when i saw the picture below, I went gaga... definately over, so ott!

Love love love the sanggul, so different from the normal sangul lintang. I like that it start from the crown of the head instead of from the forehead, that will only emphasis my round face dan terselah kejendolan I. But when I tried it own the tuns just cant stop laughing. I really feel like an antlers and its so bloordy heavy. Baik jangan pakai. Confirm with the hot weather and the rimas baju, silap hari bulan, ader jugak orang yang akan kena rodok ngan tu sanggul, easy target is the person that will be sitting next to me on the pelamin.
