Little party

It glorious October. We had a small get together with the girls and the kunchus kunchus few weekends ago.

 

Just a small celebration. No cake, no cake cutting no singing of birthday song. There were party hats, party glasses, balloons, colourful decoration but with 7 kids in tow, saper nak gi layan. Satu nangis semua nangis. The mummies did not even take a single pictures together, but we manage to relase some steam and update each other sambil makan murtabak, mee goreng, pasta, shepherds pie, fruit tarts and muffins while the kids berkinja. Cerita baru nak start, dah ada yang terpekik....

 

Next time lah girls kita amik gambar satu group. If that is even possible.

And shes married!!!

It was a chocked up wedding for all 3 of us...

We have seen her love story from season 1 sampai lah finale...

It was a rough jouney... but all have been plan out by the wise one up there.

Kuat jodoh.

Alhamdullilah, they tied up the knot after 4 years of engagement.

As usual, the 3 of us took leave on Friday to do all the necessary kawin kawin thingy.

It was an awesome wedding, great food, DJ was Payung husband, Mr Rosley, so it was quite personal, DJ kalau kenal pengantin personally,  more fun. Kecoh i tell.

Kompang was fantastic, lupa nak tanya dari kumpulan mana, but their attire fuhhhhh kalah pengantin, kalau ada gambar I post.

Present!!!

Mar was given the scrap book recently by her maid of honour, Fad. Remember her bacholarette/bacholor Party-Pesta Kawin Kawin, Fad had combine all those who were presents and all their well wishes, complete dengan gambar lagi and compile it into a scrap book.

Prior a week before her wedding, we planned for 'kita kita jer' lunch at Straits Kitchen, karaoke and our usual lepak corner at coffee bean. All of the wedding preparation was well documented and combined into a scrap book.

Another idea to give to the raja sehari.

Boy or Girl?

My nesting instict is growing thickly in me.

Without even knowing weather its a girl or boy, I have been scouting around spotlight looking for stuffs to make baby headbands. I hate headband with those big flowers, so I was thinking of making my own new born baby girl headband with tiny flowers made of ribbons. I have also scout around for cool cloths, I intended to sew my own pillow covers and quilt cover. Niat ajer. Laki punya overall sampai skarang belum jahit butang yang terlepas tu ader niat pulak nak jahit bantal baby.

Tapi kalau Boy macam mana? I dun mind if its a boy or a girl, asalkan healthy.

Daddy wants a boy so that he can play dress up. Mummy wants a boy because there are many girls on mummy's side of the family. The atok wants a boy so that he can play wrestling with the cucu, kalau dapat cucu montel satu kali hentak ajer kat atok, terus tak main wrestling lagi agaknya.

Mummy dun mind a girl because girls as Kakak will be responsible and hopefully one day will take care of mummy and daddy when we grow ol. And mummy can play dress up with baby girl too. Daddy wouldnt mind a baby girl, She will definately be daddy's girl. Atok say, kalau girl pun girl lah.

Oh and we received good news over the weekend. Baby Luth was born and my tummy getting bigger!!!

Mummy payung have got another chubby baby that looks so korean. Terkenan saper lah agaknya ni. The Mummy say 'Ni kalau aku bawak anak aku keluar, mesti orang ingat aku ni maid' Tu sebab dia slalu vogue bila keluar.

Another wedding this weekend, kita busy this week kena rewang.

Long Long Long Weekend

I love long weekend and long weekend also means lots of agenda. Since last Thursday I have been like a siow char bo running around here and there to run errands.

My Cousin's jennis bo chap, (bo chap tapi mengeletis nak kawin) akad nikah and majlis kenduri was schdule on Thursday, I was supposed to blow their picture, the frame yg I buat time my wedding, the $10 poster tu, but since she was slow in transfering the pictures and since the shop closes at 7 on weekdays, I have to rush like mad tapi sayangnya sampai jer sana, they have locked the glass door. Basket ball.

The event was held at Kintamani, Furama River Front for close relatives, the deco was done by us the cousins and the aunty, mcm F1 driver kita drive from one point to another. Kalang kabut as it was done on a weekday lah, tu sebab mcm kecoh sikit.

The couple left for Bali the next day for Mael side of the family's event and ceremony. Bridal house is from Anggun Andaman, Mak andam by Kak Mas, ohhhh I love her baju.

Weekend was another cousin's wedding at Tampines. Bridal house from Fatimah Mohsin.

After the wedding I rush to far east flora to do dulang for a fren's engagement dulang. I managed to finish all 10 dulangs sampai pagi. Penat giler sangat sampai lupa nak amik gambar!!! Tsk, hate that.

The next day I was asked to go back to work sebab MP nak datang thouse to house visit to the estate, so I wasted 3 hours of membodek MP. After membodek-ing I rush home and standby for Payung and Dinah's Bridal shower. Both are expecting boys. Habis lah Aunty Mai dia kena kerja keras utk mententeramkan budak budak tu. Lunch was at Swensens followed by coffee session at Dempsey. Bliss.

Sunday was the bridal shower for my favourite cousin, all the cousins were clad in pink, including Mr S yang anti Pink habis, tempuh the crowd at the Universal studio. With this group of cousin there were always shouting and joking and laughing sampai sakit perut. After all the belengas day we end it with a superb dinner at the newly halal-ed Fish and Co. And as per routine the guys were expected to drink from the willy straws. Perfect!!!!

Amidst the entire busy schedule, I found out this!!!

My Sugar

Mak datok, its been ages.

Last week was Love ur frens week. Monday was appreciation dinner with the bride's maids. Susah payah members gotong royong on the week of the big day, spent time to buy baju sepasang, spent money to tailor baju. They stayed the whole day on Friday and Saturday and Sunday. They are truly my sugar rush.

Wednesday was my blast from the past team. I love these girls to death. We're so close and these girls are my backbone back then. The husband was in the same class as Nezah and Mar so in order to tackle me Mr S tried to be nice to these girls to get closer to me, and the rest is history.

And Saturday I was supposed to meet  fai, tapi due to auditing period, kita kena cancel, nanti kita plan ah you. I love you babe, I really do.

So in short, it doest mean that your social life is totally dead once ur married. Your circle of frens are crucial for your well beign. Cume kena pandai atur time management ajer.

Jangan lah dah kawin nak berkepit ajer, berkepit tu mesti lah but do allow some allowance here and there, baru ader sugar and spice. ;p
