Flower Ball

Mar went gaga over pomander balls. So before her big day in October, I tried doing a few for kak ani's engagement and Dinah's wedding, cuba cuba jer, try skill. It turns out ok, but so not worth it sebab we use lots and lots of flower. For a small ball we use it a total of 4 packets of flowers.... 4 dozens of roses!!!!!!!

Cantikkan? tapi tak muai lah yang, beli bunga berpacket packet tapi dapat satu ball ajer. The foam ball you can get it from any flower shop or far east flora. The smallest one cost around $4.50. Beli bola kecik coz nanti dah taruk flower it will look bigger. And dont forget to soak it in a pail of water overnight, so the flower can last longer.

Pretty easy to do this. Meh kita dengar si Ms Lala ni ajar... Ms Lala mulakan lesson you skarang. Thank you.

Something for me to ponder ........

Simple jer

Nora Danish, you pakai baju kurung simple ngan brooch and selendang jer for nikah dah lawa. 

I ader lah berangan nak pakai bunga la, bling bling lah, veil lah, itu pun belum tentu lawa.... sigh... 

some people are just bless. Itu pun ex laki dia nk kan si dektu. Tak paham betol.

Sanggul

The mak andam was shocked when I mentioned that I dont want to wear all the cucuk cucuk sanggul thingy, and she said, 'Tak boleh sayang, you kena pakai, baru naik seri' and the tuns jadi nasi tambah and added 'Bedal ajer lah yang, kalau mak andam you suruh cucuk, cucuk ajer'

Like I mentioned in previous post, I love to have flowers in the hair, a veil maybe, blings or head band or the kerawang kind at the side are also fine but definitely not a crown. I tak nak jadi the evil queen.

Cantikkan, not so over, sweet ajer..... but when i saw the picture below, I went gaga... definately over, so ott!

Love love love the sanggul, so different from the normal sangul lintang. I like that it start from the crown of the head instead of from the forehead, that will only emphasis my round face dan terselah kejendolan I. But when I tried it own the tuns just cant stop laughing. I really feel like an antlers and its so bloordy heavy. Baik jangan pakai. Confirm with the hot weather and the rimas baju, silap hari bulan, ader jugak orang yang akan kena rodok ngan tu sanggul, easy target is the person that will be sitting next to me on the pelamin. Kirim salam lah.

Today mark 100 days till the big day

Ok I'm left with 100 days.

Badan still berlapis lapis, muka makin bulat mcm bowling ball, rambut still setotet let, bilik still mcm nak terbalik, barang2 for dulang still belum plan2 lagi, date photoshoot masih belum confirm lagi, kat mana nak buat pun belum tau, the tuns belum book venue, belum book kompang, belum book bus, belom confirm colour, belum confirm menu, family war still going on.

Relek relek.

Kita plan honeymoon dulu pun cantik.

Happy Monday and go for massages

last week,

my car got scratched (my stupid fault)

and then the 'jalan raya saga'
and the endless site meeting
three report deadlines 

the stooopid argument on photoshoot

then the family thingy

among other sad and annoying things which took place

 i'm aware i shouldn't complain about

because i know people have bigger problems in the world.

but honestly, it was just a rough week.

I'm looking forward to many many things this week

 new intern, tuns pay day ;p, new workout session, 

new season of gossip girls,

jalan raya with my favorite girls this Saturday, 

jalan raya with our skool mates this Sunday 

and best of all the start of my massage session.

I recommend the bride to be to start on the facial and massage routine 3 months in advance. Unlike Mar, who need her massage on a weekly basis, I seldom need mine, I am very the geli kind of person, but I can never say NO to foot massage. 

Wayan retreat do have a package for the bride to be called the bridal bliss. Other spa that have bridal package is citra ayu and aura royalis spa.

There are alot of other spa that provide bridal package, just look around for the best one to suit your budget.

My cousin swear on the mustika ratu bridal package. Not sure if the kedai at golden landmark is still available, tapi kalau dah tak ader and kalau dah kemaruk sangat you can singgah go batam.  After massage can go shopping at matahari. hehe....

But  if you are the kind who like it ala carte, suka lulur tapi tak nak massage, suka mandi susu tapi tak nak steam bath you can try Traditional Javanese Massage hut and House of Traditional Javanese Massage and beauty care. Price very the reasonable.

Save the hotel punya spa yang cost beratus ratus dollar with the husband during honeymoon period,

so, i can't believe i'm saying this, but i'm so glad it's monday.

and a new week. a fresh start.

I wanna be a rocking ROCKSTAR!!!

We are really fond of candid pictures. I love the idea of having a candid photo booth. Such as these.

so when I saw Huda Ali R.O.C.K.I.N.G booth I go 'You make me wanna lala!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

I am so in love with this idea, and it was created by studioDua. I love love their photography. They are an expert in the old and berlapok pictures which I totally dig. Sigh... sukanya. Tapi member ni celebrity, banyak lah artist artist nak berposing posing. Fad who attended her wedding cakap nak amik gambar sampai kena line up lagi...

Kita ni saper jer, takkan nak harapkan makcik makcik pot pet I berposing mcm gini, ngan bulu bulu merah tu, macam dah lain macam jer, or contractor contractor I yang dah tua tua tu dengan jam rolex berposing ngan bini tai tai jorang or kawan kawan datin yg senior senior nurse tu or member member my dad yang dulunya samseng kampung tapi skarang dah jadi taxi driber berposing mcm celebrity diatas tu. Takperlah kirim salam ajer lah, duit simpan kasi orang makan lepas wedding lagi baik.

So for now, I'm still sticking to my poloroids guest book. But seriously, I'm totally digging the booth. I bet they had a hell lot of fun.
