Cake - Murah and cantik, boleh tahan lah

Eh eh hari ni genap 6 bulan I nikah.... so fast... and 3 mths bunchit. Hehehe...

I thought I am done with the wedding talk but I  realised I have yet to write on the decor and wedding cake. Kita story pasal wedding cake first ok.

Korang tak menggila ker tengok wedding cake. I can go bonkers choosing the design choosing the pattern, the colour, the maker.

I totally dig Perfect Frosting cakes, punyalah meletop, but the price booms sangat, tak mampu gue. Like I penned before, cakes that expensive mcm tak worth it, its like the pelamin, hanya utk decoration purposes.

So the bff asked me to order with Nek Yam. She stayed in Bedok, dia teror dalam buat cake cake kawin ni semua. I asked kalau Nek Yam ni ader website tak? Manalah nenek ni tau pasal technology, Ni bukan 'Nenekku super canggih'.

Tapi I nak warned jangan terkejut bila dia tunjjukkan dia punya 'portfolia' semua cake jenis ol skol lah babe, jenis fresh cream mcm kedai cake bawah block punya jenis. Terus si QC, My sister, tutup the portfolio.

Bila kita cakap kita nak buat cake mcm gini gini gini, nek yam pun jawab 'Eh itu om putih punya cake, blajar kat negeri sejuk sana, mestilah jorang teror'

Kita pun bukak laptop kita, tunjukkan kita nak cake simple ngan white fondent, 'Alah ni chicken lah' Eh si nek yam ni, so we leave it to her good hands. The two tier is real cakes, atas ajer dummy cake. She charged us $220 for the cake.

I did not taste the cake at all, but my cousins said it was good mcm sara lee punya chocolate pound cake.

So kalau you all nak order dari nek yam, pls bring along ur laptop and show her cake yang korang nak. You can call nenek Rock at 6448 0645. She is super cool. She will take ur order in jawi. Tercenggang sejab tgk dia amik order.

Result wise, boleh lah tahan, sedap sikit mata memandang, sedap lagi pocket kita.
